How do I know these peptides are what the label says?
Every lot is assayed by reverse-phase HPLC-UV for purity and confirmed by LC-MS for identity, then ships with a certificate of analysis matched to the batch number printed on the vial. Look up any batch on the Verify COA page before you buy, and our guide on how to read a COA explains what the purity and mass-spec results mean.
How are orders shipped, and how long does delivery take?
Orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging, fully tracked, dispatched the next business day after payment clears. Standard delivery takes about 3 to 8 business days once on the way, and Overnight 1 to 2 business days by express courier. Card payments are processed securely and show a neutral name on your statement. If a package is lost, held, damaged or wrong, our delivery guarantee reships or refunds it, no dispute needed.
How should I store and reconstitute what I receive?
Compounds are supplied lyophilized, generally kept frozen before reconstitution and refrigerated once in solution. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water in a laboratory setting; our free reconstitution calculator works out the concentration and syringe draw for any vial size, and the storage guide covers shelf life before and after reconstitution.
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout is by card, processed securely over an encrypted connection. Your full card number never touches our servers, and the charge shows a neutral descriptor on your statement.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Buy 2 vials of a size and get the 3rd free. One free vial per size per order, on 3 or 4 vials. The 5- and 10-vial kits take their own discount: 10% off at 5 to 9 vials of a product and 15% off at 10 or more, applied automatically. Larger or recurring orders can be quoted through our wholesale page.
