Shipping and claims

When it leaves

Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing, from the United States, tracked. Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

Transit is usually 1 to 3 business days once the carrier has it. The tracking number is on your order page as soon as it ships, and in the email that tells you it has left.

Packaging

Every line is a sealed box of ten vials. There is nothing on the outer packaging naming the contents, and every order ships with the batch number of each line on its packing list.

Short or damaged

Check the boxes and the vials on arrival. If anything is short or damaged, report it within 5 business days of delivery from your order page, with photographs of the outer packaging and the vials, and we put it right.
